Individual therapists focus on delivering tailored mental health support to address a wide range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other personal struggles. Therapists collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, enhance emotional regulation, and strengthen coping strategies, ultimately promoting well-being and improving daily functioning.
Nutritional Assessments: Evaluate dietary needs and how they relate to both physical and mental health.
Therapeutic Diets: Develop personalized meal plans to support medical and psychiatric conditions.
Medication Support: Address the nutritional impacts of psychiatric medications (e.g., weight changes, nutrient deficiencies).
Nutrient Deficiency Management: Identify and manage deficiencies (such as vitamin D or omega-3s) that can affect mental health.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and adjust nutrition plans based on changes in physical and mental well-being.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with psychiatric and Aspire staff to align dietary plans with overall treatment goals.

Health Checks
- Assist with obtaining vital signs, height, and weight measurements.
- Review patients’ overall health and medication history.
- Triage medical and psychiatric concerns, communicate findings to psychiatric providers, and facilitate necessary referrals.
- Provide psychoeducation on health issues and disease prevention.
Lab and Testing Support
- Provide instructions and follow-up to ensure timely completion of lab tests.
- Conduct point-of-care in-home drug testing as needed.
Medication Support
- Assist with resolving insurance or pharmacy issues related to medication refills and pick-ups.
- Address medication-related questions, side effects, and concerns.
- Support and monitor medication adherence to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Nutrition and Sleep Support
- Conduct nutrition assessments and provide education on healthy eating habits, referring to a dietitian when necessary.
