Aspire365 is a 12-month in-home mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorder treatment program for adolescents (12+) and adults. The Aspire365 Program is the culmination of multiple years of development in conjunction with Yale University School of Medicine, Progeny Psychiatric Group, and some of the best clinical professionals across the country. Every client receives one-on-one care from a 6-member Recovery Support Team.

Individual & Family Therapist
- Focuses on treating emotional and psychological symptoms
- Helps each client develop the skills and coping mechanisms necessary for life-long mental health and sobriety
- Works with the client and their family throughout treatment
Peer Support / Life Coach
- Helps client implement the skills developed in day to day life
- Works with client to complete goals assigned by RST
- Assists client with establishing accountability and self-reliance
